MC30c Frigate

The MC30c was more of an assault ship than the MC40a. It had no starfighter complement and had proton torpedo launchers and cluster bombs, making very deadly for a ship of its size.

Lancer-class Frigate

The Lancer-class was first conceived at the end of the Clone Wars but did not see production until after the Rebels had destroyed the first Death Star.

For its use it was expensive. It was also slow and lightly shielded, making it an easy target for Rebel capital ships.

But it was very good at destroying Rebel starfighters and starfighter bases.

DP20 Frigate

The DP20 Frigate was originally known to me as the Corellian Gunship, named after its maker and main role.

This ship was heavily used by the Rebels, although local Imperial Fleets (Moff fleets) used these as well.

Fast, heavily armed - it is actually a great vessel but the Imperials did not use it much.

Star Galleon-class Frigate

The Star Galleon married the capabilities of a light capital ship with 100,000 metric tonnes of cargo space.

EF76 Nebulon-B Escort Frigate

The Nebulon-B was the standard convoy escort frigate of the Imperial Navy. It was designed to counter the Rebel's hyperspace-enabled starfighter advantage.

As such they were often the largest Imperial Navy vessels nearby and did a lot of heavy fighting to protect the supply lines of the Empire.

Their weaknesses were relatively slow sublight and hyperdrive speed.

Acclamator II-class Assault Ship

Unlike the original model, the Acclamator II-class ship was mostly used for planetary bombartment. It was also used in Imperial times in a secondary role as a frigate protecting Cardan-class space stations.

I also plan on having the original model, but as a ground transport for clone stormtroopers.
